YUMA, AZ (CBS5) -

A Yuma County man was arrested and booked into jail on several charges sexual assault and molestation of a child.

Reland Lawrence Fallis, 29, was arrested after a 14-year-old student told friends and a high school counselor that she had been sexually assaulted several times from 2008 to 2009, according to Lt. David McBride of the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.

The girl said she could no longer deal with the emotional stress of the assaults and was seeking help, McBride said.
